I have several large, heavy duty griffin mic stands, and a large godox softbox. I didn't want to unnecessarily buy an expensive c-stand, so decided to try these to make the most of what I already have. It works great!

These worked for my purpose, decent finish and true to dimensions listed.Only downside was the threads on both having a slight cant so they don't thread onto my lighting stand flush or level. I assume this is a small manufacturing defect.My light has a pretty deep mount so it doesn't affect their use in my case.

I bought these to use them on top of a regular camera tripod with a 1/4" stud screw post mount. I wanted to be able to install my lights that have bowens mounts. I think they could sell more of these if they put "bowens mount adapter" in the description.
