If you’re looking for real Leather, keep looking this is not it. It’s a pleather or PU Leather - A.k.a. Synthetic look-alike.Regardless, these work well at Their intended function and are definitely not undersized when it comes to length and depth. It could stand to be a pinch wider to accommodate your widest of belts. My wide leather belt fit just fine, however, my woven extra wide belts I had to squeeze in there. No big deal. In fact, those wide woven belts are typically wider than my belt loops anyway so maybe they are just too far outside the norm. Looking at my picture for an idea what I’m talking about.For woven thin belts, you can fit two in a slot easily, likely three, maybe even four.The slots seem to be designed To accommodate belts for even the Largest waists. I do a tight roll on my belts Normally, which left them with a ton of extra room -If you loose roll your belt it will take up the whole thing - I ended up doing that for aesthetic reasons.But if your a larger person or just have really long belts - I believe this will suit your belts fine.It is nice to see that they designed to accommodate Belts from people of all sizes.The only thing I worry about when getting items with a soft touch field or a fake leather is that they deteriorate over time. The main concern about that being if it could be become a liability and potentially stain things in the future when it’s deteriorates. But I can’t say what this will do so I can’t judge it based on that. I did read that someone else had noted this definitely was not leather, so I went into this Knowing what I was getting into.

I have been looking for a solution to safely store my collection of belts. It's very challenging as someone who is prone to travel for long stretches of time to store them in a way that doesn't crush them or scratch the buckles. This two-pack has been a huge help as I've started to unpack the belts and put them into drawers. They aren't crowded or being smushed, the interior is gentle against the hardward and the leather exterior feels luxe. I also have to say they did a good job with spacing out the sections. They are wide enough to store both men's and women's belts easily. I do have one belt in the photo above with a wider buckle. It's not so huge that it doesn't fit, but I will put a thinner belt next to it and probably make sure the buckle in that next slot is tilted to the side to work around it. My wider belts will still need a different solution, but for your standard belts these boxes are just the ticket. For those who prefer extra large, chunkier belt buckles, you may want to store your buckles separately. Hopefully the photo above will provide an idea for the general size.

I will be using one of these for belts and one for ties. These are dignified and chic, and very much do the job. I'm surprised I haven't seen them in stores before, so it was very nice to find them here. They do an excellent job, and, like the ad says, the leather is very soft. My only concern is that it might also be thin, but I can't say it's not durable because I haven't tested it against anything that might damage it, and I don't intend to. They are very nice and I would like to keep them that way. Currently, I have no reason to actually doubt said durability, despite the mild concern; I HAVE had some high-end leather Italian shoes that are just as soft and supple that have held up for years. I'm going to presume these will do just as well. Should I find otherwise, I will be sure to come back and update my listing, but for now, full marks! I'm VERY impressed!

I first had to allow the chemical smell from the faux leather to fade so I placed the belt organizers in my garage for two days until the smell had faded. Once the smell had faded, my son used them to organize his belts. Right away he liked the look of the organizers, they looked sophisticated to him and a much better looking and more efficient way to store his belts rather than his old way of just keeping them loosely in a bin. Which also means that he can easily find a belt when he is looking for one and he is aware of some belts that he forgot that he had because they are no longer buried at the bottom of a bin.Finally, the two organizers look as though they could be in an executive’s closet as they are well made with the stitching and the velvet lining. However, I do not like false advertisement. The seller needs to make it clear that these are not real leather.

If the seller wants to clarify that these are either genuine or vegan leather, I'll update this review. But the look and feel of the outside of these is PU (polyurethane), which typically doesn't last long. Otherwise, the look and feel are nice, the pockets are fairly big so I don't have to coil my belts as much, and the construction is good. But for the price, if these are PU, I'd say they're expensive.

After using a belt and tie hanger for a long time, I decided to switch to these. I really like the organization and at a glance visual that these organizers provide. The black leather finish looks great in my closet, and really adds a level of curb appeal to my wardrobe. These give me back space on my closet rack, while also allowing me to grab a tie or belt at a glance without going through all of them that are stacked on top of each other. Excellent addition to my closet organization.

So I only ended up needing one of these two organizers which is a nice problem to have. The organizers are nice quality and look elegant in my closet. Definitely an elevated look. Happy organizing!
