3 stars for craftsmanship. One of the mallets has a pretty extreme curve to the handle. If it wasn't for a toddler who literally couldn't care, this would be lower.5 stars however for the sound quality, the mallets these replaced were plastic and the wood is a huge improvement on the tone of our xylophone.Now these are obviously for kids. You're not going to be performing in a concert with these things. The handles are short. The quality of the handles has questionable durability, especially the curved one we have. But for a kid who would probably break a highler quality product at some point, they're great.

The mallets came on time, very fast. The bag is handy for storing them in. The mallets work well but one of them, the head fell off shortly after using it gently on the glockenspiel so that's a bad mark against the quality. So far, the other three mallet heads are staying on. Will fix the loose one with glue.
