Used this raised bed for tomato and tomatillos, only wished I had ordered more. It was great height, sturdy and walls held up through watering, heavy rains etc. My plants liked it they did great. Easy to put together and transport in garden.

Easy to assemble bigger than expected

Although very thin metal, these metal raised beds proved to be great. I lined the first one with thick cardboard box on the inside walls. The second one I lined with left over thick vinyl upholstery material. I lined the top 10" inside walls with the vinyl side facing the soil. I glued the vinyl to the metal using gorilla glue I bought at Harbor Freight. This helps the plant roots from getting too hot in the scorching summer heat as metal gets very hot and also helps insulate from the cold temperatures in the winter. I used 16g fence wire with a 2" x 4" mesh and just over 5 feet in length and formed a hoop over the bed. I placed plastic I got at Harbor Freight over the hoop and am growing Bok choy, broccoli, and cabbage, and a few other things in it. The winter weather was 14 degrees for several nights and the plants are all alive and looking healthy. I paid $55.99 for the set.

I definitely underestimated how huge this would be. Once assembled, it’s portable with or without help. Very easy to assemble, but best done when the sun isn’t directly overhead. I’d purchase again and recommend to others looking for a quality and affordable above ground garden.

Not at sturdy as others I have bought. Even the cross bars were more flimsy. It was easy to put together. Quality should have been better.
