We have a Stanley furniture sleigh bed and decided to buy a Tempur-Pedic bed, with Ergo base.We had to purchase the tempurpedic brackets, but with those brackets and these, I was able to secure the original headboard to the tempurpedic ergo base.Fits well and very little movement.

These are returned a lot because people don't realize that there's several style bed rail hooks. Make sure to measure carefully and order the right style. These worked perfectly to bolt a full size headboard to a queen size frame. I could not have asked for anything more.
