I don't do the 2 bucket wash, but if you do this will be handy. I ordered the 2 for less money than a lot of others. Works just fine to keep the wash mitt off the bottom of your bucket and heavy debris under the grill. I typically don't ever let the mitt just lay in the bucket, but this provides another layer of potential scratch protection. Fits a 5 gallon bucket nicely.

This is a great product to have when washing your cars because it keeps contaminants away from your wash mitt. Also you can use the bucket insert as a surface to rub and rinse your wash mitt when done. No more dirty wash mitts picking up sediments from the bottom of the bucket adding more swirl marks to your cars paint! Definitely a must have for anyone washing a car, DIY car wash at home or professional detailer.

If you wash your own car you really REALLY need these Car Wash Bucket Inserts to keep the dirt on the BOTTOM of the bucket so it doesn't get back into your wash mitt or wash rag so the dirt dirt doesn't come back up and scratch your beautiful car.A very simple way to see if these Bucket Inserts are working or not is to rinse out your wash mitt without them in the bucket and see the dirt that is brought back into the wash mitt from the wash water then try it again with the Bucket Insert in the bucket. You will see a difference in your wash mitt between.You might this a Bucket Insert is excessive. After all, your only washing your car. BUT, your car will love you for using it and keeping all that washing off dirt in the bucket where it belongs.

These are excellent dirt guards! They have a clever design with holes for your fingers to fit in for lifting them out of the bucket! They seem very well made and anticipate many years of service from them! Great find!!
