These are really nice flea combs for my dog's. I love that there's a larger one for the dog's body, arms, underbelly & tail, & the smaller size is perfect for their faces, around their ears & around their eyes. Nice handle on them too with a good gripper handle. These are really nice & the price couldn't be beat. They work well on fur tangles, easy to use & a sturdy set of combs. I bought these white as it's easier to see during combing. Would buy again & I recommend them even for dogs with double coats, like our Shiba 🩷🪮

I'm very happy with my order it works great. I don't like all the other flea brushes this on gets them all off and the eggs. It's a must have if you have a dog or cat or whatever this is the best. Also you can use it ones every few months just to check to see if they have any fleas or eggs or flea poop. You must have. I believe this is what the vet uses as well.

I bought this product to help my dog by combing out fleas. However, the bristles are a flimsy in doing so. The fleas are "slipping" through the comb rather than coming up with it. Strangely, dirt catches and is easily combed up, even with fur not attached to the comb. It is the same result when my dog is bathed then combed wet and when she is completely dry.

My indoor cat, for the first time in 7 years, got fleas. I researched how to get rid of them and was shocked at how dangerous flea collars and other toxic medications are to the cat! Finally I looked for home remedies and a flea comb was highly recommended. I ordered these, liking that one was large and one was small (for his head and legs) and followed online directions of how to use them. I put out a bowl of soapy water, a tall glass of plain water, some paper towels, and put the cat on the table and introduced him the combs. Gently holding him down and positioning him as I went, I started by dipping the comb into the water and carefully running it through his fur... back, sides, tummy, legs, tail and hind end. Dip and comb, dip and comb. As I got fleas on the comb I put them into the bowl of soapy water and they died immediately, no jumping around at all. I also got a lot of fur and flea debris, so cleaned the brush with each stroke into a waste basket. Finally I was getting no more fleas, so stopped and cleaned up the area. I counted 41 fleas in the bowl! No wonder my poor kitty had been tormented. I live where we're having hot days and the cat was now damp from the session, which must have felt so good. I shall continue to check for fleas with the comb, and use it to groom and dampen the cat (during the summer.) He is so silky and soft and beautiful now! The comb doesn't compare with a regular person comb, which I had already tried to use on him, and it didn't get any fleas. If this comb starts to break or pieces bend, as in some of the reviews, I will just order another set. They both work great and we (the cat and I) love them.

I received the comb set on Dec.3rd so yesterday was 10 days. I noticed when I went to comb her this morning that the comb has a bent/broken tine(or tooth)I noticed it b/c it had a tuft of her hair in it. When I combed her again it did the same thing, and I don't want to pull her hair out when I comb her. I just want to comb her w/out it hurting her.

These are more rake than brush. Each one has one row of closely spaced metal pins. The ends of the pins are slightly rounded.These work okay on our short haired puppy. The smaller brush is easier to get into the underside and on her legs.

Have not used yet, seems sturdy enough. Will brush dog to check for fleas and to keep hair detailed.

Just what I needed for my Shitzu to clean his eyes and face, he doesn’t fuss as he did before with other combs.
