The long one works great to practice ice skating spins as it mimicks the way the blade curves on skates.

I guess it helps work on spinning. Kid uses it for figure skating. Figured the two pack is better than one of them since they were the same price.

I bought this as recommend by my daughter's coach to help develop her scratch spin and it totally did the trick!!!!Great value for price. Still works months later. No complaints!
