We could not use these because the door cannot open far enough to engage the magnet without hitting the awning supports.

Bought these to replace a different type of door bumper - that literally flew off the RV while going down the road.These are much nicer and magnetically hold the door open as well.

I had a problem with strong winds blowing my 5th wheel trailer door closed. This was even with the friction hinges that were supposed to hold the door in place. On a nice spring or fall day this is a problem. These door holders are easy to attach with peel and stick backing. I put them on the door, where I wanted them, attached their magnetic mating piece, peeled off the backing and opened the door against the side of the trailer. The mating piece stuck and seemed to be there forever. They definitely do their job. The reason I gave them 4-stars instead of 5-stars is the bright white color. My trailer is a tan color where the door holders attach and stick out like a sore thumb. Other than that, I recommend them to hold your door open.

I read a review before buying . They said it wasn’t very strong… I bought 2 for each RV door. It’s strong enough for that. Peel and stick is my kind of installation! Works great & not expensive.
