I bought these for work. Then bought some for my personal use. Loved how the bread comes out perfectly every time. Great quality and super easy to clean.

They work and help make the shape of a sub roll with bread dough. One us con is they are hard to clean. If you just use for plain dough the dough is fine because it comes right out. But when I decided I wanted to try top my sub rolls with herbs, seasoning and parm cheese, some of it fell off and it was hard to clean out if silicone. Also I do believe you could get sub rolls shape easily without this just on a regular cookie sheet.

This is a great size for breadsticks, a bit too small for hotdog buns. This works, especially well with my gluten-free breadstick mix as they are gooier and harder to handle than normal gluten flour. They clean up easily and are holding up very nicely.

It is kind of weird to call this a pan because it is so thin and mesh, but it does work well. I've made homemade hot dog buns before and I'm not great at shaping them, so this has made it a lot easier. Homemade hot dog buns are so tasty, but I avoided making them because I was so bad at shaping them. With this I will definitely be making them on a regular basis! It is easy to clean too which is nice.

I thought this was a silicone mold pan, but it's thin mesh. So odd! I use a lot of thinner batters in my baking, so I won't be able to use this as often as I hoped. It does work fine if tincture thicker doughs though.

I recently tried the 5 Loaf Silicone Baguette Mold. The mold baked the baguettes evenly, creating a deliciously crisp crust and a soft, tender inside. I only used 3 of the 5 wells and it worked perfectly, with no issues from the empty wells. The flexibility of the silicone required it to be placed on a cookie sheet for support, but that was a minor inconvenience. The clean-up process was incredibly easy - just a quick rinse and it was ready to be stored away. The mold's ability to roll up for storage is a huge plus for those with limited kitchen space.I do prefer the metal ones though, but these do work great and are easy to store.
