  • [Heat Up the Engine] In the cold winter, use these two engine heater pads before starting the car to bring the oil to the right temperature and thus reduce oil consistency, which will lubricate the engine better and reduce its wear.
  • [Thermal Protection] These 150W/120V oil pan heating pads have a built-in automatic thermal protector that keeps the temperature around 140~158°F/60~70°C. When the temperature reaches 194°F/90°C, this product will automatically power off. When the temperature drops to about 122°F/50°C it will start heating again, effectively preventing safety hazards caused by high temperatures.
  • [Premium Material] Composed of hard-wearing silicone, these two engine block heater pads are absolutely waterproof, oil-proof, low-temperature resistant and durable enough to serve you for a long time.
  • [Easy to Use] Clean off any grease or grime on the bottom of your oil pan or transmission fluid pan. Peel off the paper backing from the heater. Put flush against the bottom of your oil pan or engine block and have the pad completely secured against the metal surface. Finally, plug the power cord into the outlet.
  • [Warm Tips] Safety is always our most important concern. Please do not put the car engine heater pad on any plastic surface on your engine to keep from burning up. And do not put it on the air box intake.

I'm using them to keep the snow and ice off of my satelite dish! I got tired of having to brush it off every time it snowed! Individually they get too hot so I wired the 2 in series with a thermostatic control set to 40 degrees. Attached one on each lower side of the mount and problem solved for under $50! I didn't trust the self adhesive so I applied weatherproof epoxy around the edges.

Hope these work. If they do it was a great investment and way to install

I wish I had a picture of it, but this tiny heating pad works perfect for my Canam Outlander 400. It has a problem starting in the winter and now I plug it in and within seconds it starts heating up the oil. Super great price and DURABLE cord. They don't cheap out with the plugin cord. It's thick.

Cleaned my oil pan and waited hours to ensure it was dry. The mat stuck for less than an hour. I had to get some heat-resistant liquid weld. A warmer is essential in my state to have a functioning vehicle through the winter. The pad warms quickly, and I believe it will do a great job. The only other advice I would give the seller, other than to improve its adhesive, is to include materials to a fix the cord so it does not hang down.

This worked for less than a year, one winter season at best. I put it on a Gator sidexside at the expense of getting on the floor under the engine and lowering the skid plate to access the oil pan. Not a 30 minute job! Too much work for me to bother with replacing it. I really don't know when it stopped working. I discovered it was dead last December when it was single digit cold every morning. I use the Gator daily to get around my place, so depend on it starting. I would not use this type of heater again on an engine so hard to get at. The old magnetic Kat's 110volt heaters never failed me. But I worry about them falling off and I'd never know it since the skid plate would hold it from view. So in closing I'd suggest never to use this heater where you can't touch it to test its effectiveness. It may only last one day!

Every vehicle I own for the last several years I always put one of these heating pads on the oil pan . Even brand new cars that I buy it definitely helps the motor last a lot longer and less wear and tear during cold start ups . I bought a 2012 Ford fusion brand new put one of these on the first week that I had it plugged it in every night through fall winter and spring . Still in the car and it currently has 287,524 miles on it and still runs great . Between using this heating pad and always using premium oil Mobile one full synthetic and a premium oil filter . The only thing that ever failed on this car was the driver side heated seat other than that the car has never been in the shop for anything other than wearable items like brake pads . Also my 1996 Toyota Celica ST same thing bought it brand new heating pad on the oil pan and premium oil again never has been in the shop for anything other than wearable items do yourself a favor and every vehicle you have put one of these heating pads on the oil pan . Cold start ups are the worst thing for a vehicle

Was advertised. Installed on a water dish. Works great. Heat was perfect for the 2 liter capacity even at -30. Not too hot and temperature controlled.
