We used these to make burritos . It rolls well, holds the tortilla tight. They cleaned up easily.

These work great for making your own sushi rolls! Clean up is easy and they feel sturdy and are holding up great.That is until our psycho cat stole one. It still works though.

Silicone may be easier to clean but bamboo creates a tighter roll as it is a little more rigid between the fingers. This may be overcome with practice and technique but you can get the same benefits with plastic wrap over a bamboo mat.

I like the fact I can disinfect these in my dishwasher with no issues. I actually like them better than the bamboo ones.

These are just ok. They fall apart after only 3 washes in the dishwasher regardless of them being ‘dishwasher safe’.
