I remove pin bones with needle nose pliers, FINALLY decided to get a real pin bone tweezer.These are nice, the stainless is easy to clean, and yes they grab the pin bones way better than my needle nose pliers. Extra bonus, guests dont make faces at my dirty pliers touching food.

Can't believe I never bought these before. I've been picking the bones out of my cooked salmon for years because I was under the impression that trying to pull the bones out before cooking would tear up the meat. They don’t hold small pieces tight. It may work okay for bigger pieces but I just wasted my money.
