Bought for my daughter to use in homecoming float! Cute! Does run small if using for large child or small adult but we just put shorts under it with fish net stockings. Turned out adorable!

If you can imagine it, you can find it on Amazon! My 5 yr old wanted to be a red fish, blue fish for Halloween. I had to get creative and I started my Amazon search. This was the perfect start for a cute costume for my creative little girl.

We were given this as a option to purchase for a play at my child's school. She is an average sized 11 year old and the skirt was super tight. We ended up cutting it and making it work. But would definitely buy for a child who is much smaller
