Not much to say about a hole puncher but for the price these are good. My daughter loves using them. And I have used them for a few projects already.

Recommended for light jobs! Two for the price of $5 (at the time of this review) is very fair.Pros:- Punches cleanly, without tattering edges- Captures the paper in the little receptacleNeutral:- They *can* punch through 8 sheets of printer paper, as described, but it takes some effort. These are much better suited for 1-5 pages of printer-paper at a time, or one sheet at a time if punching anything of heavier stock (think: the thickness of a calendar cover)- Wish the opening were a little wider.Cons:- These do not open/close as easily as other hole-punchers I’ve used in the past. I think they might be difficult for small hands or those with arthritis.

For some reason, every time I need a hole punch mine disappear into the crafter's black hole. I swear I have to buy a new pair for every project. I was thrilled to see this two-pack, because in my head I felt that it would give me a back-up pair for my next project. The set actually saved me a ton of time because having the extra pair- I enlisted my husband to punch some holes and it made quick work of my project. They cut through cardstock with ease and didn't snag or make irregular holes. They were easy enough for my husband to use and he is left-handed, which sometimes causes issues with hand tools.

These are as advertised, a nice set of basic single hole punches. I don't have a ton of projects that I require hole punches for, but these fit the bill because they were very affordable, functional for the job they do, and I like that I can put these in several places in my house since it came as a two pack.Nothing fancy but exactly what I wanted!

I do a lot of volunteer work crafting with elementary school students. I was taking in my old hole punches and the students didn't quite have the strength to use the hole punches I had. I discovered that over the years the punches had gotten dull and were too hard for the kids to use. These punches work great. They are sharp and there is a little contraption that collects the paper hole scraps so they don't make a mess. The best part about these hole punches is the price. You can't go wrong for about two dollars apiece.
