Cute, simple set of door bells. I got them for my daughter, who lives alone in an apartment. She loves them and they make her feel a bit more secure. The twine isn't super fancy or anything, but we didn't need them to be. They're fine how they are!

I wanted to place these on doors to know when people came in but they were much too quiet for that use. Instead I placed them on some blueberry bushes in the hope of keeping critters from stealing our blueberries. Not sure if that will help, but thought it was worth a try. After summer, they may end up in a holiday wreath. The bells have a rustic finish and appearance.

The bells are lovely exactly what I wanted however I expected 2 strands with 8 bells on each as per purchase photo. I ended up getting 2 strands packaged in lots of 4 totally 8 instead of 16 as per picture.
