I usually don't have problems with these, but I went to use my second roll yesterday and the round tip that fits onto the machine was bent, making the roll useless. Check as soon as you receive them. I have to throw this one out!

These rolls of paper came in with the paper out of round. I really do not know how this could actually happen. These rolls of paper are pretty thick and somewhat heavy. These rolls would had to have something very heavy stacked on top of them to get mashed to cause the inner tubing to become out of round. When this happens it makes it very difficult if not impossible to insert the steel tube in the inner core for the paper to go into the machine. Please check your merchandise before sending out!
