I got this to double check the gauge on my JD 5065E, which always reads hot. I am still waiting for an adapter, but I tested it on the stove and this gauge is reading accurate temps with the supplied sending unit. If your vehicle is already set up with an electronic gauge installation should be easy. If not you will have to supply 12V and ground to the gauge, and run a wire to the sensor. The backlight is bright, so there should be no problems seeing it at night.I like it!

Item is as described. The pic is what you get. It works very well and suitable for many applications. I do not know what the sensor parameters are so I do not know compatibility with the gauge and another sensor or vise versa but for basic applications this will suit many needs. Gauge is lightweight, nothin fancy, but easy to read and I like the blue lighting. For the price this is a decent choice pending your needs/application
