Please note that I ordered this to use as a decorative item. I have no idea how effective it might be for use as a safety device. It looks like it will float, but I have not put it in water. As a decorative piece, it looks pretty good. Will match a nautical or beach theme. It is lightweight and can easily be mounted on a wall, fence, etc.

Not what I expected. A bit on the cheap side but for the price it isn’t bad. Not sure if I’d trust it as a life preserver but it looks good as a decoration.

Toot toot. Man overboard. Someone better get that ring buoy and perform a rescue. No problem when you have this nice ring buoy stored close to your pretend ocean liner. This is definitely not the highest quality life ring. the stitching on it looks like it is done by hand and not very good at that. It will keep you afloat and that rope is attached well but if you need a good ring for a ship/boat or large swimming pool, I would pick something else.
