Used these to extend some 1/4-20 studs on the back of some sheet metal art. The studs were only 1.25" and I needed to add another 2" to each stud in order to mount the art the way I wanted to. These fit the bill perfectly. Used some 1/4-20 bolts to make the extensions and all was mounted perfectly. Used some blue thread locker to keep everything from loosening over time.

As I have found with most of these imported, inexpensive machined products, the threading is a little rough. Running a boat through the coupler several times smooths everything out, and they work fine after that. Very good value for money. I would buy again.

The outer diameter is just under 1/2 inch and fits perfectly into a Wrangler JK 4WD shifter knob to retrofit it into my Wrangler YJ, which has a 3/8"-16 bolt

These rod connectors work. I wouldn’t use them to hold anything structurally but they work. They look nicer than most of these connectors so if you’re looking for a certain look maybe these are it. You get a pack of twenty.

These coupling nuts are of very good quality and properly manufactured. They thread properly onto 3/8 inch bolts I had lying around. The zinc finish is very good and these appear to be durable nuts with a high quality durable finish..I would prefer a slightly thicker tube. These cylinders have an outside diameter of .463 inches per my caliper. That seems adequate for normal duty but for the heaviest duty applications the thicker hexagonal type of coupling nuts may be best.For interior finish applications these are very attractive and suitable for living spaces like kitchens (unlike hot dipped galvanized nuts).The length measures a hair over 1 1/2 inches. Very good length all-purpose for coupling two 3/8 bolts together or covering over a protruding stud bolt with a smooth cylinder.Five star rating based on good quality and fair price of currently ten dollars for twenty. At a much higher price I'd knock off a star, but still a very good product with the caveat that I consider these more finish grade rather than heavy duty "strength" grade nuts.

Round coupling nuts, 3/8"-16 threads, 40mm long or 1.5", carbon steel - exactly as described! Not much else to say - they worked and I recommend them.
