These are strong and sturdy. The orange pieces do pop off somewhat easy. All... the clamps no matter what size I bought have the same issue with the orange pieces. The clamps work well without them.

Received these a few days ago, so don't have a lot of experience using them, yet. but my first impression is they seem plenty sturdy for their size, and there is quite a bit of grip strength to them... More than I expected, to be honest, but that's a good thing..I was concerned a bit about the orange pads coming off too easily (as others have noted), but on the several that I looked at and played with, they're not loose at all, and seems you'd have to ~try~ to get them off if you want them off.. Which is fine with me as well..I just don't see how they'd come off on their own if you use any bit of care at all in using them..So, overall, I'm very pleased with them, and at the price, I don't know how you'd find a better deal...If you're going to buy them, the only thing I would mention to be aware of is, they aren't really that big..The jaws open to about 1-1/4" ~MAX~. A fair "working-size" opening would be no more than an inch, ideally a bit less...If you need something with a bigger jaw opening, don't buy these hoping they'll work for you.. Buy the size you need the first time, and be done... But if this is a size that'll work for you, I don't know how you can go wrong here... If I ever need more than 20 of these, I'd have no hesitation in buying these again..

These are strong little clamps that don't lose their strength with repeated use. The little orange pads on the end pop off constantly, so we've just started throwing them out and using the clamps without them. They do pop back on if you need them for an application, but if not, just chuck them instead of fighting it every time. Overall, they work well for our needs.

They feel cheap - because they are. I didn't expect ultra high quality at this price. I got them to hold parts together while glue dries, and they do a fine job of that. Out of the 20, one was broken, but again, for the price it's acceptable.

Strong clips. Orange tabs keep falling off. Works good unless very strong winds out.

I purchased these clamps to use in installing a shaker trim on my old cabinet doors before refinishing. They turned out to be the perfect solution. Held everything in place securely while the glue dried. True, the little orange pieces tended to spring off when applying the clamps, but was an easy fix to just snap back on. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

I use these to keep plant frost covers together. Specifically Plankets, but these would work on any brand of plant cover. It gives me the ability to form the cover to the plant, which helps keep it from blowing off. They hold firm in the wind and don’t rust in the weather.

I purchased these to help hold up a bunch of plastic in my garage, as a makeshift paint booth. The springs were plenty strong for the application. The only issue I had was the orange teeth fall off so easily... good thing I didn't need those.
