great quality, great price - but I ordered 60 (3 packages of 20) and two of the packages only had 19. I had an order to fill for 60 tassel keychains so very disappointing that it was not the correct amount.....

Great color and cute, but tassel only secured in fragile, poor quality plastic cap by some glue (not very sturdy at all).
