The Fruity Buddha Gong Stand is named in honor of the Chinese horticulturist's years of fine work that culminated in growing pears in the shape of the Buddha.
This stand is easy to assemble, easy to take apart and travel with, and has easily adjustable top hooks for where the holes in your gong are.
We have paired this great stand with our favorite 20" and 22" Chinese gongs. Each Chinese Gong is produced by hand in China using traditional artisan methods.

I purchased this gong to use in sound baths and healing sessions. I love the rich tone and variety that it provides, I can control the volume and timbre well with the mallet that came with this gong. The frame is easy to assemble and sturdy. And I was able to hang a pair of chimes from teh thumscrews on the side, so that was handy, too!I can move it easily by just removing the 2 bottom supports and it all stores pretty compactly with the feet off so it can sit against a wall or even behind a book case.

The sound is WONDERFUL!! We are able to get a variety of sounds according to the way we use the striker. It seems to sing to us with a very pleasant shimmering crescendo at various times.
