I have had these grips in the past and have always liked them. I recently went on amazon and purchased the wrist straps with the metal hooks thinking they would be better bc they are a solid construction and tough but they felt so weird and I did not like them at all. So I stuck with what I know and that is cobra grips and I love them and the camo is definitely fire. I will say I ordered a small bc I have small wrists and although they fit I wonder if medium would have been a better fit or too big.

Decided to go for these vs other brand that seemed to be popular and I’m happy I did. On days I do decide to use them, they provide good cushioning on wrist and grip area has allowed comfortable secure wrap around for dumbbells and barbell. Purchased small and it was perfect.

I use these gloves everyday and love them. Very solid constructions up to this point and see nowhere that may be a trouble spot in the future. I have the rubber version, but I would love a leather set just to compare. These rap tight under your hand when doing lat pulldowns, relieving so puch pressure on your hands and transferring it to your wrists. The few extra dollars spent on these imo are well worth it.

I have been a fan of verse grips and wanted to give these a try sine they are cheaper. Both times I ordered them the stitches started coming apart after one use.

My wrist measures 6.5", bought the small. They were too big: to get them snug on my wrist, I had to tighten the velcro strap to where it was almost out of the hook/loop which makes the neoprene padding from each side overlap creating a pressure point (where it's doubled up) - super uncomfy. The flaps are also too long (I suspect there is only 1 size that gets put on the different size wraps), almost to the ends of my fingers (I don't have stubby fingers or anything). When you wrap the flap around the bar and tuck it under your fingers/palm, it is so long it almost wants to wrap around a second time, this makes it take longer to get secure before you lift - you have to work to cinch the extra material around the bar and longer to disengage once you're done. It also makes it harder to hold because it's like using a fat grip. -sorry, this is sorta hard to explain unless you've used a similar item-The quality seems great. If there were a smaller size with a shorter flap and/or thiner material for the flap, I would stick with these, but they just don't work great for the price.

I have tried many things to help my deadlifts as my grip isn’t as strong as my legs. Wrist wraps, hook grips, and it all felt too thick for me to use to wrap around the bar. THIS product changed all of that for me. It’s a piece of leather that wraps around the bar that’s suede on the one side and really grips the bar. It’s not thick for me to grip, so it doesn’t feel awkward. I can lift so much more when I use these. Highly recommend. And the quality and price are really good for this item!!

Grips are a lot lighter than ones I have used before. Stitching looks to be of high quality (double stitched to prevent ripping), leather & velcro looks & feels solid.

Have tried gloves, straps, half-gloves etc. in the past. This is the first time I am trying these type of grips and first time trying Cobra Grips. For me, these are the best alternatives. And these Cobra Grips are excellent. Have been using mixed grip for my DLs at close to 1RM max weights, but the first time I wore these, I could immediately use overhand grip for both hands!!. The grip is solid with no slipping. Not too thick like gloves, so you can still feel the diameter of the barbell. I even use it for PUSH workouts and it works.From a size perspective, am glad I bought small. Although from the size chart, my wrist size is at the max. of the range, but when I wore the small size, it was the opposite and the wrist wrap ends touched each other.Need to use a few more months to see if they are as solidly built as when I first got them.

Product quality is reasonably good. My wrist is measured 6.75†so by following the size guide provided, I select grip size Medium. But the product arrived & tested on my wrist seems is much bigger so there is excess hanging out after tightening the grip. Rather disappointed with this inaccurate dimension provided, should have gone with my gut feeling to select Small instead! 😔😔😔
