Less than a week in, I hear a crunching sound in the wheel. Opened it up to find what you see in the pic. There are 8 screws that hold the wheels on (2 per wheel). All 8 came stripped because they use self tapping metal screws into plastic. The whole thing is plastic except for the handle bar.I'd return it but I already threw the box away. Disappointed for sure.

While this device seems to work but I am concerned it will not last long. The whole thing is made of plastic and makes a creaking sound when I use it. We’ll see how long it lasts.

This particular product has a very good design supporting older individuals. The elbow support is a great touch and the reverse wheel traction is super functionality.
