So we have been putting this together all day trying to follow the instruction guide. Some pieces seem to be too long to connect flush with the screw. Some screws seem too small and exact. We did step 1 and it was tough fit with the screws and washers.The instruction guide and the instruction video is done in 2 different ways. I wish we would have followed the video first. Hopefully we don't have to return it. We are headed to get longer screws now to connect the bottom.UPDATE:After 6+ hours its finally finished. We had to spend an extra $50 🙄 just to get the screws that would actually fit m8x55 for the green area. And m8x50 for the bottom. We followed the directions in the guidebook.My husband climbed on it so it is pretty sturdy. I'll give an extra star for that. But putting it together was cumbersome.

This thing was a pain in the ass to put together, DEFINITELY needs TWO people. At the end we were missing a couple of bolts, couple of the plastic grab climbing pieces, but had extra rods. Somebody miscounted somewhere. But we finally got it all put together and the kids like playing on it.
