Understanding this is more of a targeted shadowboxing device designed to build precision and speed. As you get into a faster rhythm, sometimes punches land a little harder and either don't register or cause the machine to sorta blank out. Also if you don't hit it hard enough, it doesn't register. There are similar machines that cost roughly twice as much and are larger with better lighting designs, the one thing I felt they could have done was provide slightly better gloves. These are a bit bulky and don't have the best padding for as big as they are. Smaller, fingerless gloves would probably be a better option.

I am so in love with this thing, who knew working out could be so much fun. The machine was really easy to set up and get synced with my music. The gloves aren't super high quality so I did end up using a nice pair that I already had, but that is just personal preference. The machine itself has a good sensor on it, all my hits register just the way they should. Make sure you install this on a nice sturdy wall, but it was super easy to just hang it and play it. My entire family loves playing with this thing. We have had hours and hours of fun so far!

I really like this boxing punching pad. It is really responsive to punches and registers them accurately. I find it really fun to punch along with the beat and you can increase the speed as you get better. It was really easy to install, but I am concerned about taking it off the wall and taking off the paint with it. It's lots of fun and it makes working out a little more fun.
