The top rack in our dishwasher was coming off its tracks because the plastic retainers holding the little wheels in place were breaking off after about 10 years of service. Kitchenaid had replacements, but for the price of one of those I could buy a set of 4 of these, which is how many were required. They were easy to replace, these were an identical replacement part, and they work perfectly. Problem solved, cheap and easy.

Product was well-packaged for shipping, arriving in excellent shape.Perfect Replacement for Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (Model # 665.13893k801 made by Whirlpool). My original Sears Part # 8268655 is replaced by WP8268655, which is what this 4-pack is meant to fit. My old wheels are still in good shape, but two of my wheel bracket assemblies have broken securing clips. I included photos of my old bracket and wheel to show you original Sears Kenmore old model numbers and view of the broken clip. The side-by-side views show the old bracket (with broken-off clip) to the left compared with the new bracket to the right. As you can see, this is a prefect replica of the old bracket and wheel assembly.These new wheel brackets are a bit snug, so don't be upset if the securing clip does not push into position to engage behind the wire with using just your finger. Carefully push the securing clip sideways from the outside of the rack toward the inside of the rack with a screwdriver until it snaps loudly into place. You'll know for sure when it snaps in place just behind the dishrack wire!This is a very reasonably-priced 4-pack of original-quality replacements. Looking forward to 13 more years of use.

Worked great in my older kitchen aid dishwasher but I did have to reuse the wheels which were smaller on mine.

Kitchen Aid 15 year old dishwasher.When the top rack rollers failed I thought it would be a costly service call, or buy a new dishwasher. So I thought, is it possible that this part is available on Amazon. And it was! Ordered at about 8:00 PM, and received parts by 4:00 PM the next day. I found an installation video on line. The repair was finished in less than 1/2 hour.The parts fit perfectly!!!

They were easy to install and now you don't grit your teeth when pulling out the top rack of the dishwasher - LOL!!! Saved me from having to by a new dishwasher - YEA!!!

Product is fine but noting that it doesn’t fit a Whirlpool model DU1300XTVB3. I was able to modify the part to make it work.
