My kids have a blast boxing with this musical boxing machine. It's a great quality product and all you have to do is plug in the Bluetooth for a great workout. You don't need to do anything, you just plug it in and enjoy the exercise, great fun for adults and kids alike, it can be mounted on a door or wall, great value for money.

This thing is so much fun to use. I've already had 5 days into it and it just became addictive. I use to play Dance Dance Revolution in my teen years and felt the same rush when I got into the rhythm of the machine. It has become a staple for my kids to start playing with it and improve their hand-eye coordination. It comes with thin padded gloves to start but you can use any sparring gloves, sync with your phone via Bluetooth connection, choose your music and let the games begin. And its priced my cheaper than getting a boxing bag and takes up less space. This is a great machine to have to begin your workout journey and will definitely be worth the investment.

The equipment is fixed with velcro, and the installation can be completed in a short time according to the instruction manual. Preset multiple training modes that can meet the exercise needs of different age groups, and my family and I are very satisfied. Bluetooth external playback function is stable, the sound quality is quite clear. After 1 week of use, there is no loosening of the situation, and will become my usual fitness equipment!
