If your digital TV antenna is not working as expected.
1. Please find out what channels are available in your local area. Visit: dtv.gov/maps or "antennaweb.org". The actual receivable range may highly depend on your distance and location. In the TV's setup menu, change the scan type to "Antenna" Or "Air".
2. Short distances priority! Always rescanning channels after moving the HDTV antenna may be better.
3. If your TV has no built-in tuner, you could add an ATSC digital converter box to receive the HD signal.
4. Reposition the antenna in a different location if needed. Install the antenna as high as possible. Facing the direction of the broadcast tower, keep the TV antenna away from those big power consumption devices, such as air conditioner, elevator, hairdryer and microwave oven...ect
5. As much as possible place the antenna near windows for best results. (highly recommended)

The antenna arrived on time and safely boxed. I immediately plugged it in and scanned for channels. It was able to pick up all the local channels and major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) and so many more in between. The reception is excellent and far better than the more expensive antenna previously purchased. In fact, I'm going to purchase a second one.In closing, I highly recommend this antenna if you're looking for something to watch your favorite channels and cut out the expensive cable bills.

I enjoy the range of stations I get out of this antenna, the easy set up, the ability to move it when need be, and the size.I live in a rural area and it picks up all local and 60 plus long distance channels.I bought 3 of them and they are well worth the price. (One is hooked up on my patio tv and it works great there as well). I'd recommend this product over and over again.

Great antenna - and it looks great, too! I was so tired of the big flat squares that looked horrible. This antenna has a really long cord and looks like an object d'art instead of an antenna! Gets all the channels - cut the cable cord - save money and looks great - a win-win-win.

This antenna is compact yet powerful. It tucks neatly behind the TV, staying out of sight while delivering more channels than we expected, all with excellent clarity. My husband had no issues watching the Lions game with a clear signal and no interference.Helpful Tip: If you have a gaming system like the Switch, be aware that it may interfere with the picture quality and channel reception.
