The product fit properly. It was delivered fast. The only problem, and I don't even know if it is a problem, I bought this part in November of 2023, it only lasted 7 months before going bad. I purchased this new on in July of 2023, and also ordered a back up one just in case.I am very pleased with Amazon, and it's products, as well as it's shipping and customer service. I will continue to use Amazon for any products that I need and u sell.Thank you

If your front load washer does not drain, this part may need to be replaced. At 4 AM I was doing laundry; the washer had stopped running and there was a CODE UE. Never seen that code before my first reaction was to open the washer door, and BAM water came POURING OUT. As we find ourselves doing these days, I went to the internet and found this appears to be a widespread problem. I watched a few videos and learned this mechanism (the motor for the pump) was a common failure. I searched many appliance sites and found the part but low and behold, AMAZON's vendor came to the rescue, with one-third less cost, and delivery in 1 day instead of 3-5 days for delivery. Installation was straightforward! (The man of the house handled it!) Back to doing laundry in one day!

Pumps are poorly designed,, barely making it until warranty expires, if you get 10-11 months out of it you are lucky because you can get warranty replacements and get extra 10 months out of replacements,,, that works only 1 time since you can get replacement only one time from manufacturer ,,, total garbage,,, plastic and O rings design that wears out fast ,, no sealed bearings for longevity

bought 3 of these pumps in the last few months - the first one lasted a couple of weeks - the second one's in the machine now, and is very loud so i'm waiting for it to quit on me - i bought an extra one - have it on a shelf for when this second replacement croaks.they're very cheaply made, and that goes for ALL of them - even those directly from the manufacturer (LG)the impeller is poorly attached to the shaft, which is what caused failure of the original pump and the first replacement - and i'm sure it's what's causing the current one (second replacement) to make so much noise.the motors are fine - not one thing wrong with them - they all still work.the problem is the impeller and shaft.the shaft is tiny, so there's not really much for the impeller to hang onto.this machine is an LG front-loader - it's about ten years old, and i've had nothing but trouble with it.hence the reason i tell everyone "LG" stands for "Load of Garbage".

Fixed the failed pump . . . again. Bought this one May '22 for first repair. Worked fine until last week Sept '23. Purchased another one and back to washing. Will try again but if it fails again in just over a year, perhaps there really is a difference in pump quality with the "LG" brand replacement. On the surface, I can't see a big difference between the original pump and this low cost option. Had hoped for more years of use out of the May '22 pump than 15 month but perhaps the failure is just from lots of use or something got past the strainer and made it fail. What do you think? Should I have gotten the $70 LG pump or this $20 one? Giving it one more try then will consider the $70 LG expecting 5+ years life like the original one.

Replaced on my Kenmore washing machine. No modifications needed to housing as stated in the YouTube video. Works perfect!
