We have an above ground pool with a liner. It does get stuck in a few areas, not the vacuums fault. We just stay in the pool while it is running and give it a nudge and it continues on. It picks up all debris, leaves, etc. We have a couple of areas where it is mushy underneath the liner and that’s where it gets stuck. I think because it works so well with the suction that it lifts the liner in those areas. It is much better than using the old vacuum where you have to connect the hose and drag it around the pool and backwash. We have a 24’ X 52†round pool and it cleans the whole pool with one charge.

UPDATE: I returned this. it just stopped working. Bought in May, Stopped working in July. I charged it, nothing. What I didn’t know was that I was going to be charged a restocking fee of $34.00 because it was outside the 30 day return window. I didn’t have a choice, either throw it away or return for partial refund. I will never buy from this company again. Terrible product and terrible customer service.I wrote several times to customer service about the pool cleaner.1. The “buckle†kept coming off2. It kept getting stuck on wall and near the stairs.When I wrote customer service about it. They were very rude and nasty to me. They were NOT listening to what I was asking and telling them. They just wanted to tell me that the product would not go up the stairs (which I NEVER said it would). And to show them where it said it would. Again, not listening to what I was saying.The pool cleaner works, but the customer service is by far the worse I have ever come across.So Eva…….I think you need an attitude adjustment if you were going to work in customer service. Listen to what people are saying and not jump down their throats when asked a question.

This vacuum has the power to navigate my in-ground pool slope - no issue at all. It just zooms its way up/down the slope without effort, amazing. As for people complaining that it only goes back/forth in one area..I had the same issue.But the manual explains how to resolve this. I think people aren't reading the instructions or understanding. The wheels have three settings. In my case, I changed the default wheel setting to the second option, and it's incredible - the whole direction of the vacuum changed and now covers my whole pool. You just have to try the three settings to see which one works best for you.It's an amazing deal for under $200..it compares to the more expensive brands.

La aspiradora es buena, pero tener en cuenta que si hay desnivel de altura en la pileta no funciona queda limpiando solo hasta el desnivel. Al no contar con programación muchas veces pasa por el mismo lugar varias veces. Igualmente es útil y conveniente teniendo en cuenta sui precio respecto a otras

Hasta ahora va bien, hay que ver donde se consigue y si se puede reemplazar la baterÃa. No creo que dure mucho su autonomÃa. Saludos

I bought the Robot vacuum and it was delivered January 20th. I followed all the instructions and charge it until it was fully charged. I set the vacuum on the first setting to run 2 hours. After slowly dropping it in the water, the vacuum started after 20 seconds but only goes about 4-5 feet and stops, even in the middle of the above ground pool. It does pick up the dirt/leaves on the bottom of the pool while it moves 4-5 feet but I shouldn't have to stay out by the pool to continuously push it with the pole with the hook to keep it moving. I watched You Tube videos to see if I was doing anything wrong but don't see any troubleshooting.Why does it keep stopping? Thanks for your help
