My dogs love cat food more than dog food necessitating that I put the cat food up out of their reach. The only option I have near my kitchen is an antique stand which I didn’t want getting damaged. I ordered this mat in hopes that it would cover the surface to protect it and that it does. It fits the top perfectly, keeps the surface below dry and scratch free and as an added bonus it has just enough traction to keep it from slipping on the surface or the cats slipping on it when they make a leap aboard. And the color matched my color scheme perfectly, win, win, win.

Nice, decent sized mat. However, it does stick to the bottom of my dogs plastic water bowl. The mat has little raised areas that adhere to the plastic for some reason. Not sure, but other than that it works really well.

This mat just isn't it. The quality is absolute garbage. It's thin, and doesn't absorb that much water if you have a sloppy drinking dog. the grip doesn't hold it in place by any means. I mean it does keep her food contained and then I can just easily pick up the mat and drop her food back in her dish, but that's about the only plus side. Honestly this is like dollar tree quality when it comes to mats and is NO WHERE near worth $20, maybe $2 tops. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a thin, cheap looking, flimsy mat that is NOT non-slip. It doesn’t adhere to floor at all. Do not purchase this product. I returned it.

The mat does what it’s supposed to, but it slides around even with a bowl on it. Could use some anti-slip material.

Works fine for us! Better than what we had. The fabric does curl a bit at the edges, so I had it rolled up in the opposite direction for a bit to see if that would flatten it out -- it did, for the most part. Not sure why the bottom part is patterned, but I do think it provides some non-slip support if placed on a rug. Definitely not non-slip on a slick surface like wood floors. The fabric is nice, I think. May be a bit overpriced though.

This may is perfect size and will hold 2 dog bowls. This may is easy to clean off. Made of what appears to be a durable material. I like the ridges in the mat which holds the bowl steady. Mat is water resistant and absorbs doggie mess. This is a great value.
