These are useful power transistors. All promised items were present. Each was labelled "C13 TIP41C". All were functional, amplifying the base pin signal and increasing collector current; One exhibited instability during Vbe measurement (see below for details).Testing details:I tested (a) conductance and (b) signal amplification properties.18 of 20 transistors showed a Vbe at the expected value (685 +/- 7 mV w/ a tight range 677 to 702). One was an outlier (Vbe=814 mV) and 1 was not measurable due to instability (failure). None showed inappropriate conductance from emitter-to-base, emitter-to-collector, collector-to-emitter or collector-to-base when transistor was "off". All showed signal amplification at a variety of currents (Ic) up to 300mA. hFE (beta) was consistent w/ the datasheet.
