I purchased this item for our 10 foot basketball goal since our kids had to consistently run into our neighbors yard whenever they over shot the ball, or they had to climb a wall and go under a thorny bush if the ball bounced behind th goal. This goal was the perfect size to completely cover the entire area behind the basketball goal and it is extremely sturdy (see photos attached). In fact it's so sturdy that when a basketball hits it, it pushes the heavy ball back to the shooter!Though this net is definitely intended for a lacrosse ball since it gives in some when hit by a ball, it works perfectly for basketball and for soccer as well. Last weekend when we had kids over, we used it to stop soccer balls from going into our neighbors yard from our backyard and it works the same way as the basketball where it pushed the soccer ball back to the kicker, and remained fully sturdy even when our 25 year old neighbor who played high-school soccer kicked it at full force.I was also able to put it together myself with minimal effort and it only took 20 minutes or less since the directions were well written and the system was well laid out and intuitive to put together. Once I got it out together, I needed my wife's help to move it where I wanted it, since it is very large, which is why it works so well for our needs.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has kids and hat play any sports with a ball.

I just setup the backstop today, and my kids were already out there shooting on goal. It was pretty easy to setup, but there were no instructions included. The item includes 8 anchors, which I find very helpful in keeping it stable and upright. The weight is such that the product is sturdy and versatile, and can easily be moved by two people. I like how the item includes a back so that it can truly be portable.

This is bigger than you might expect (even though I measured it out). Works really well, comes with stakes to keep it from blowing over, but I have near my fence and haven’t had to use them yet. Stops baseballs, footballs, soccer balls and frisbees so far. Very easy to put together. Will see how well it holds up over time.

We use this to shoot a soccer ball, mainly for building power, but we also have put a goal outline for occasional placement shots. It has plenty of strength to withstand plenty of hard shots. And while it doesn't really give you a hard rebound like a tight net would, it does more or less roll it back out. I will say that repeated hard shots will eventually make the velcro across the bottom come undone, but it's not a huge dealOne thing to understand is this is not designed to be put up and left out in the elements. The thin vinyl where the fiber glass poles are inserted is thin and will wear quickly if left in the heat and sun. We leave the main stand (the pole across the bottom) out since that's the biggest pain to set up, break down, and store. After a couple of weeks some rust spots have started to appear, further strengthening the idea that no part of this is meant to be left out.

I actually have 2 of these. They cover my entire back yard and are behind my son’s lacrosse goal. They protect everything behindIt as well as keeping from loosing 1/2 our balls.

Really nice product for the money. Light, yet sturdy. Easy to setup. Does what it's supposed to do very effectively. And, excellent size. Covers a lot of space. Protects the windows and limits the ball shagging.And, the customer service from this company is top notch! Highly recommend!

The net itself is really awesome if it didn't easily bend and break. Poles started bending duringthe first use . Put it up four times and it is now unusable because the poles continue to bend more and more each time. Just not very strong? Wish it would have been better. We bought this for our high school softball program and we don't have more money to invest in another one of these this year. Bummer.

Highly recommend this net and this company. It is very easy to set up and provides a great deal of coverage. I use it to create two practice hitting lanes during softball practices for the travel team that I coach. For the price, I could not possibly be happier with this product.
