1/8'' Wire Cable : Made of 304 stainless steel, steel wire structure 7X7. There are 7 strands, and each strand contains 7 individual stainless steel wire. The Wire Cable Bare OD is 3/32", Coated OD is 1/8", which is coated with a layer of plastic to make the surface smoother and free of burrs. The smooth surface of vinyl coated cable prevents the wire rope from rusting, making it safer, flexible and durable, and suits for all kinds of weather.

Every component of this hanging wire kit is threaded and requires no additional tools to complete the project. The accessories are very compact and easy to assemble or dismantle. Just cut the length you want with cable cutters, then use M3 thimble and M3 aluminum sleeve to fix the buckle head, and then match the various tools in the set for different scenarios.
Adjustable M5 Turnbuckle Tensioners : M5 Turnbuckle is made of 304 stainless steel, and the adjustable length is 110mm-160mm, which has good corrosion resistance and rust resistance. The turnbuckle helps to tighten the wire rope effectively and prevent the goods from falling into the middle part. (Removable and Reusable)

It's such high quality material that if you assemble it correctly it'll look clean and last forever. Cutting the cable can be tricky without the right tool (I use a dremel with a high quality wheel) and crimping it properly does require a tool that you'll probably never use for anything else... but it's worth it.

Cable appears to be of a good quality.Some of the accessories like the eyelets are very small to hold the weight of a string of lights.

Once weather has warmed I have a shade sail I've been wanting to place as a screen on the side of a carport. This kit of tensile wire, clamps, crimps, and more has taken the guesswork out of what to use. There are even some cable curve guides to keep the cable from getting pinched into sharp angle. I never would have thought to look for something like that. You have turn buckles to tighten your shade wires. I'm looking for to putting this kit to work.

This was perfect for our backyard. We have 150 feet of string lights and this has everything you need to string them up. Super sturdy and has withstood several days with winds over 40mph.

This was really my fault as it does mention that the 1/8 inch thickness applies to the plastic coating, not the actual wire. I had looked at several different products and got them mixed up at ordering time. It is my opinion that the advertisements are misleading. If I am searching for 1/8 inch steel wire, it should not be 3/32 wire. The turnbuckles and other fittings looked handy, but were fairly small

I was going to diy together a similar kit for mounting my string lights up in the yard, but these was too good of a price to pass up.Much easier and cleaner than the other version I was putting together. And saves a lot of time!Comes with everything you need. I just had to add a few masonry hanger bits to the mix for mounting to stucco. Great kit!
