What a genius idea! I can draw up with an 18 gauge quickly, then deliver with this 27 gauge causing a smaller entry/damage point.

The first needle I used out of the box was dull. Hope the rest are not that way.

Some of the syringes are warped and they draw more air than I'd like but they get the job done so what can you do?
