This is the best toy I've gotten my one year old so far, and she has Lovevery toys, pikler set, balance bike, blocks, etc. This is the activity she comes back to time and time again, every day. We use this board when I need to get something done like cooking, cleaning, or organizing. This will keep her focused for 30+ minutes which is not easily attained with a toddler lol. We do place her in the pack and play when she is handling this so that if she drops it it lands on the mat, and not our hardwood floors. Its a great item to keep her contained and content in a pack and play, when I need to use the restroom, or I need to place fragile things on the floor as I'm organizing. This keeps my projects around the house out of reach from her for at least 30 minutes. Once I am done, I take her out and let her run around to expend energy and do a different activity, until the next "project" lol, then this board comes back out again. This busy board is worth every penny. It is exceptionally well made. In line with "Montessori" method of play and learning. She's mastered some things on the board with a beaming smile, and is challenged by others. Don't think twice, JUST GET IT!

Very well made. I love how you can turn off everything at once with one switch. This would be a 5 star toy if it had an auto-off feature since kids love to just leave it laying around.

This is an excellent high quality busy board. It kept both my 16-month-old and 3-1/2 year old granddaughters interested for hours—and they could both play at the same time due to interests in different features! The 3-1/2 year old is advanced for her age and was most fascinated with the music box and the three color mixing wheels to produce different colors. The 16-month-old was most interested in the buttons and switches, some of which she could work right away!I like that the on-off was a switch on the board with a light versus turning the key to an on/off position (like found on some other busy boards). I also like that the board included more items than just switches! The zipper, buckle, velcro, latch, shoe lace, color mixing wheel, and music box were very nice additions to the switches for learning! It seems good for 1 to 4/5 year-olds due to the added features.You need 3 AA batteries, which are not provided (AAA will not work, despite what the instructions say). This is truly an excellent choice for a busy board! Recommend!

My granddaughter is 18 months old and LOVES electronic anything. This busy board is a clear favorite as she's learning to hone her fine motor skills. At this stage of development, toddlers are learning the basics of ITTT (If This Then That). I question the logic of putting a shoe tie lesson here (that skill comes later than the others), but beyond that, this is a perfect 5/5. Her brain development is expanding by leaps and bounds, and she will sit and work on this for 10-15 minutes. At that age, it's saying something. I did have to add non-slide "dots" to the bottom because it will slide around on smooth table tops. It's fairly large, so it is probably not ideal for cars or restaurants, but it has found its way to our kitchen table when we all needed just a few more minutes to finish up our meals.

Perfect for all ages - my 1yo, 3yo and 5yo all enjoyed playing with it. Great fine motor practice for younger kids, color blending and self dressing skills for.older kids. The parents will enjoy this toy as it doesn't produce any artificial sound, just a little musical box sound when the kid turns a specific lever. Even I find myself playing with this toy at times. Good size, perfect for occasional use in the car. Would also make an amazing gift.

This is an amazing product. from my wife and 19 year old to myself we probably played with this as much as my 3 year old.Its a massive fidgit toy complete with its own fidget spinner. Theres so much going on here. so many electronics and switches and interesting mechanical devices that I didnt even know existed. Like there is the equivelant to a ICBM key signal thing in there which I am now going to be looking into because I want some for anther project im working on.The price might get a lot of people here but its honestly worth. If you look at all those switches you have to think about the cost of all of them. Theres a LOT here and all that adds up to production costs. I honestly feel like this is perfectly priced.The music box was an unexpected treat.Also... the ONLY thing I would say to the makers of this product is that they should have made the on off switch a timer. Like 15 min egg timer like contraption that the kids can turn to get the device to come on. Then when they are done if they just toss it down and go run off it doesnt sit on forever and drain the battery. Ive already had to follow behind my toddler multiple times turning it off to make sure it doesnt waste batteries.

Only unfortunate issue is that I wasn’t aware it needed AAA AND AA batteries which we were all out of when the item arrived. Otherwise it’s wonderful and our toddler loves it.
