If you turn the furnace in your rv on and it runs for several seconds and shuts off without lighting, this is probably what you need.

So our furnace would try to ignite for about 30 seconds and then shut back off. After some research, I discovered that sail switch failure is common. My suburban furnace was easy to access and so was the sail switch. I found a ton of dog hair on the sail switch ( we have 2 dogs ) and thought cleaning the hair off would help, but nope. So I had to replace it. These sail switches are super sensitive and dog hair and dust are things that can affect the sail switch from working properly. This came with two switches and I’m glad it does. Not fun to have your furnace fail when you need it the most.
