I bought this TV for $99. And I should have known that it was something behind it. Because it has an inability to pair. Now the directions say to hold the Remote five meters away while pressing the left navigation key and the home button simultaneously, However, when I did that for the minimum of 5 seconds? As stated in the directions , it has yet to pair. I'm not sure if it is the remote that's not working and I perhaps need another one or what. Now the picture is nice from as far as I could see. It's not like I could watch a television show because I didn't even get that far. I can obviously hear that The Sound is good during the initial set of phase. When I heard certain sounds once I log into things. I try to use my phone as remote and it did pair that way , but it still didn't get me pass pairing the tv. Like I was able to sync my phone with it. But unfortunately I couldn't do it with the remote. I am contemplating just returning it although I really don't want to , but it's just been sitting idle in the room for a couple of days. I'm willing to resolve things with supplier if possible. But if not , I'll just send it back and get my money.

works ok, sound a bit thin, connected to a bluetooth speaker system and all was good. Google setup was fairly easy. wifi setup was easy. works with 2.4g and 5g wifi. did not find tone controls for the audio, just base boost.Soon after starting to use the system in our RV we had a problem with the remote locking up in a sleep mode. took the batteries out hoping that would reset the remote control. this did not fix the problem. now I decided to look a little deeper into the problem and opened up the case of the remote finding that there was a capacitor across the battery terminals that kept the system running when you took batteries out to replace them I think. so to reset the remote I just shorted the terminals actually put the batteries in backwards for just a second and discharge the cap then replace the batteries correct way and everything worked fine.

About a month after purchasing, TV now freezes (screen goes dark). I have to unplug to reset it but then it goes dark again. Unfortunately, return window is only a month.UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE: -----Though the return period of 30 days (per Amazon) had already passed, the seller reached out to me after reading my review of his product. He did comment that this issue that I reported (freezing) is not something that they've seen. My thinking is that maybe I just received a defective unit. Generally speaking, this or other issues happen with electronics no matter where you buy them.All that said, two things that will keep me as a customer to this seller are: 1) the fact that he contacted me AFTER the return period to address my concerns and 2) he offered to refund me the full purchase price (offer I accepted). Again, this is after the 30 day Amazon return window.Guys, you can't go wrong here. Seller genuinely cares about providing quality products and will address concerns should they arise. 5-star seller in my book.

The picture quality is beautiful. However, as soon as you put the volume up, the speakers sound like they are cracking (I'm talking about the volume at about 40%). Didn't realize this since I usually listen to this TV at about 25%. Also, the remote circle stopped working and I had to order another TV during the 30 day period to get a remote to work properly. Therefore, I would say, if you are looking for a great TV, this might not be it. But it does meet my basic needs for the price.

Had to replace my elderly father’s old tv that broke which is plugged into a Mac mini and is his only form of entertainment. The colors look so sharp and in contrast. Everything looks gorgeous. On top of that it’s a smart tv with built in apps for Amazon Prime, YouTube, Netflix amongst others. It has WiFi and Bluetooth. On that of all that, the bezel is so thin it’s literally almost the same size as my iPhone 14 Pro Max bezel size. Excellent purchase
