I've started writing reviews because it's very difficult to buy things online without being able to read about the product from a customer's point of view. I've returned so many things I'm waiting for Amazon to close my account. So here goes.I really like these hats! The colors are so diverse that I'm certain there's one to match everything in my wardrobe and anything I might buy in the future. The brim is rigid. The body of the hat isn't what's called "crushable" like beach hats but it not super rigid, either. There's enough give to make it comfortable. It should conform to the shape of your head. All are lined. The light colored ones are lined in white and the dark colored ones are lined in black. When I held it up to the sunlight I could not see through the hat.They are made of 100% flax and are woven. You can feel the texture. Unfortunately for me I the hat touches my ears and I can already tell it's going to rub and be uncomfortable. I've returned numerous hats for this reason but I don't think anyone else should be concerned because it appears that I'm the only person to have this problem. They are big on me. They are a size 60 so some people will need hat sizing tape to make them fit. Buy the 3M kind. It's good.They're in good condition but they all need to be steamed because there are some wrinkles from them being stacked on top of each other and stuffed in a box. The hat on the bottom came with a plastic hat form to help keep the shape and that worked but some wrinkles are unavoidable. The front of the brim has a funky downward curve on all the hats, but that's from being in the box. I expect that can be steamed and straightened properly as well.The hats all have a band inside of them. The band is smooth but not super smooth. There's some texture. If you have sensitive skin like me they might not be comfortable. I don't think too many people will have a problem with that. That's just me.The only negative thing I can say about these hats is that the edge of the flax material is not finished under the hatband and will easily fray. It looks like the stitching and construction of the hat is such that it will prevent it from falling apart.I love these hats. Sadly, I'm going to have to return them because of my sensitive skin issue.If you love wearing hats and want a multitude of colors to match your wardrobe I recommend these 100%. They're nice hats and it's very hard to find such a diversity of beautiful colors. And they are worth the price. At $73.99 for 23 hats, that's about $3.25 per hat and they could easily get $10 or $12 for each. I've paid more for lesser quality. I'm sad that I can't wear them. And the colors are beautiful. I can't stress that enough. I think I must resign myself to soft, crushable hats with very limited color options. :(

I really love the colors a lot. The size was about one inch too big, I needed size 22'' and got 23'' but with a bit of a tissue stuck on the side it gives it a snug feeling and the amazing colors I have is worth the snug feeling I must use, but I would like to know if size 22'' is available? Thank you. I really love the hats!

We celebrated my father's 80th Havana style and the hats were perfect. Great quality, fit great, arrived quickly, and a fair value. Everyone looked great with them on

I make fascinators and was looking for something new. I found these and ordered them on a whim. It was impossible to remove the sewn on hat band because it was actually sewn at the same time as the crown was sewn to the brim - I am not sure why the manufacturer choose to do this other than to save on thread and a bit of time - so I had to use ribbon that would cover the black. I changed the shape of the crown to give the hats a more 1930's look. I was pleased with the result. In their original form, the hats are nicely made in a great variety of colors.

Be sure to measure for fit. These are small and flimsy-very costume like. They look the part though. So they will work for my old school theme party. They come nicely packaged and neatly stacked.

My 8 year son loves to coordinate his outfits every day. Quality is pretty good. Seems a bit small for an adults head.Otherwise it's awesome! The colors are amazing. I say buy it!
