I used these for photo table numbers at my son’swedding. I pulled the loops apart a little so they wouldn’t bend the photos and that worked great. They were all straight and sturdy

Outdoor events are not recommended because there’s no weight to the bottom and they don’t stay down well with tape. Indoor, it’s good.
