This cardboard is of very high quality! However, I made a mistake with the size, so I had to return it. If the size had been right, I would have kept it because it is very sturdy and fully matches the stated specifications.

This is really nice quality chipboard. It's super thick, really flat, and the texture is consistent throughout it. PVA glue works well on it, and so far I haven't noticed swelling or color bleed from the glue. I imagine these would be difficult to cut with scissors because it's pretty difficult to cut even with a heavy duty paper cutter, so keep that in mind if you're hoping to trim these by hand. It's a pretty standard grey-ish chipboard color.The only issue I have with them is their edges are all really raggedy. That's not a problem if you don't need them at this exact size or if they're being covered in book fabric or something, but it's not ideal. I only took one star off for that because they're great in every other way.

A good size for notebooks. Works well with my punch so I can create my own covers.

I was looking for a heavy duty chipboard for making journal covers and 3D projects. This stuff is very thick and very sturdy- exactly what I was looking for. I assume it will live up to my expectations as far as things like cutting and gluing are concerned. If not, I will return with an update to this review.

It's very thick, as described. It's very heavy duty. Light gray in color. Soft core. The downside: when I cut it with. my guillotine cutter the top layer peeled off in different areas. Didn't matter if I cut slow or fast, the top layer always peeled.Rating it 3 stars for thickness, and durability. However, the quality is lacking. It's still a phenomenal product, especially if you wrap it up before using it, as in the case of book binding. It doesn't serve what I bought it for, but I can definitely find other projects for it.

These boards are just like what you would find at the back of a drawing pad or other paper book. They are thick and strong. The color is typical and the size appears to be correct. Very happy with these. They arrived shrink wrapped. Quite heavy too.
