Whoever eats the piece of cake containing the baby will bring good luck and that person will be responsible for providing the next year's king cake or hosting a party.
My Water Broke
Plastic babies are frozen with water and given out as ice cubes to guests at the baby shower, and the first guest to melt the ice cube to release the baby and yell “my water broke” wins the game.

I love Mardi Gras! My birthday always falls in and around Fat Tuesday, as it did this year, so I was looking for some fun, but good quality accessories. These babies were perfect for our King Cake and a scavenger hunt we had on Fat Tuesday. They are made from a good, solid material. I carefully packed away the remaining babies on Ash Wednesday as I repented from the night before, and I look forward to using them again next year and the year after!

Perfect for my upcoming Mardi Gras party! They’re smaller than I initially anticipated, but will still work well (picture next to a quarter for reference). The inside of the box they came in was marked up with colors coming off the babies, so I’m not sure I would necessarily put them in food, or at least wash them well first.

Ordered these babies to go inside my king cakes when I make them at home. These king cake babies are smaller that the normal size king cake babies. Also, their arms and legs are spread out, making it it easier to accidentally break a piece off and possibly chip a tooth. The colors are true to the picture but they pose too much of a hazard to actually place inside the cake.

These little king cake babies are so cute in the traditional Mardi Gras colors. We love King Cake in South Louisiana & the babies in the king cakes are usually a skin tone color. These make the cakes more fun. Or you could you use them for decorations. I did use some on my Mardi Gras tray decor. Very cute & a great value.

These tiny 1inch babies look exactly as advertised. The colors are vibrant with a metallic look. They are lightweight and not flimsy at all. With the 24 piece, we got 8 in each color, which was nice to have an even amount of colors.These of course would be great for Mardi Gras but we will be using these for some fun crafts with my daughter.

Got these for a Mardi Gras party, either for decoration or King Cake, not sure quite yet. Obviously, don't bake a cake with plastic inside but these seem to be safe enough to put in a cake after or on cupcakes etc. Bright and shiny in mardi gras colors.

These are a good size and the colors are metallic bright in color. These are three different colors and would be great for the holiday season. These are a good quality and seem to stay intact even when placed inside baked items or just around on tables for party favors. Great products two thumbs up!
