$6 for 24 rings, that I'll use once or twice, what's not to like? I can make my daughter's birthday tea party look a little nicer with these and it's the same price as a Starbucks! Sure, a couple of the Velcro were coming off and I had to mess with it, but it only took a few minutes to fix, again, not expensive and makes her birthday tea party look nicer.

The velcro comes apart from the other piece, often getting stuck on the dinner plate. I would have returned this but the price is so inexpensive that I decided to keep and put in a drawer.

These are not high quality at all, the Velcro barely stays stuck on the gems. But they did what I needed them to do, they are pretty and made my table setting look great. But really only good for a one time use.

Looked good for about 5 minutes and then the velcro separated and no longer stayed closed.
