I wasn't expecting such a robust set of cables!The cable insulation makes it look a lot larger than 12 gauge. It's made of some really heavy duty and well insulated cable.The speakon connectors are equally robust an well made.The connectors fit well into a female speakon connector with no "slop" and it's not to tight either. Makes for a really good connection.I also like having the cables color coded.If you're looking for a strong connector cable to jump from speaker cabinet to speaker cabinet then this is what you're looking for. Because it's a 4 connector cable you can also use it if you are biamping a cabinet and need to send that signal to another cabinet.Great set of cables and it's a lot of value at this price.

This is a nice pair of cables with two pair of conductors, for use with bi-amp applications. The cables are well constructed, the connectors are of decent quality.I like that they are of different colors for tracing connections, though admittedly this would be more important on a longer set of cables.I have no complaints, as they get the job done on a decent budget.... well done!
