My dogs were pushing their way under our no-climb fencing into the neighbour's property. It took me less than an hour to pound these in along the bottom of the regular wire fencing across the entire side of my vegetable garden. They are super strong and durable. I am really impressed by the quality and appearance.

I have had these out in my yard for about six months now and they are still holding up just fine. I hammered them in a few spots under a wooden fence to stop the local wildlife from just easily digging under. They’ve worked well for that. I was able to hammer most of them in with a soft mallet when the ground was wet. I have rocky clay soil, which means two of them got a little bent up when they hit rocks, but the others went in just fine. Nothing fancy about these, but they work and have held up well.

Our dog seems to have an ability to find that one section of fencing that has a bit of space to go visit the neighbor's dog. these worked out great. our back yard is a hill and the fence line is inconsistent. These helped stop the visiting of the neighbor's yard and vice versa.

Let me start by saying I live south of Boston, Massachusetts, where the ground is rocky. I needed something to keep groundhogs and skunks out of my yard since they keep digging under my fence to get in.I bought this set, and the first batch went in easily without bending. I left them in the ground for about two months, inspected them, and they were still in good condition and seemed to be working.Since I have 60 feet of fence, I decided to buy another 6 or 7 sets when they went on sale. But when I tried installing the new sets, they kept bending. I had some leftover pieces from the original batch, and those still went in without any issues. However, the new ones bend about 4 or 5 inches into the ground.I even tried placing a piece of wood on top to soften the blow from the mallet, but it didn’t help. I’m not hitting any stones, yet they still deform as they go in. Now, I’m wondering if I received a different product or if something changed in the production process.Unfortunately, I’m past the return window, so I’m stuck with five more boxes of these. My only option now is to dig about a foot down and bury them, which is going to be a lot more work than my first installation. Frustrating!

Honestly…much taller than I thought like they stick out of the ground a lot. Which might be good for some but I had like a five inch gap and these big things look a lil tacky sticking out. Very sturdy tho
