easy to install in the grill, fits well in our Weber 2. worked well for one season so far and should work for a couple more. We use the grill moderately (maybe 2-3x per week) during warm weather. Seems durable and normal thickness for a rack.

I have A Nexgrill, so I've been using "Uniflasy 25 3/5 Inch Grill Warming Rack for Nexgrill". It fits like he OEM but rusts out every couple of years. It appears to be chrome-plated steel.This grill is heavy duty stainless and beautifully made. It doesn't fit the mounting holes in my Nexgrill, so I used a Dremel tool to cut off the curved part of the legs. It fits fine now. Most people are not going to be willing to do that amount of custom fit, but I'm happy with the result.And if you have the Weber grill it was intended to fit, I definitely recommend it.

It’s hard to get the perfect replacement parts online for Weber grills. We were pleasantly surprised with the fit and overall look as soon as we put the part on. The grill looks like it did the day we bought it new years ago. I won’t hesitate to buy these parts as needed! Measuring ahead of time makes a huge difference with the fit.

I noticed other reviews for the 25.7 inch Weber warming rack 66044 that said it did not fit into their Weber grill. I ignored at my own peril. The specs listed for the warming rack indicated it was compatible with my Genesis II S-335 model # 61006001. When I tried to attach the warming rack to the brackets, I found that one side would not fit into the bracket. I then compared the spacing of the warming rack support bars to the original, I found the spacings were slightly different.. I read in one review that the buyer filed down a spacer bar on the new warming rack so it would fit onto the bracket. I’m not going to do that so I returned the unit. I guess I’ll spend an extra $20+ and get the part from Weber.com.

It is replacing a Weber OEM plated steel rack that rusted out beyond use in less than two years. I had to buy stainless mounting brackets from Weber, but the total cost of close to $60 was worth it to me because of the frequency and ways that I use a warming rack. It might not be so for everyone.
