I am a middle school cooking teacher and use these for cake baking. I don't own my own bakery, I don't bake cakes for weddings... I teacher middle schoolers how to bake and decorate those cakes. Are there better cake boards? I don't know and wouldn't be the person to ask. But what I do use them for - they work great. so if you don't know the difference between cake boards and you just need some for your cake, these are great and do the trick. Cake boards can be expensive - in my class, we put the cake on them, decorate the cake, taste the cake, then throw the boards away... so if you have a similar thought process in how you would use these... buy this one! It works!

Beau plateau mais trop mince pour fe que j'ai de besoin 2 millimètres ce n'est pas asser epais pour mettre sous un gâteau de 15 20 portions..
