I use these quite often as I bake carrot cakes, pistachio pudding, cakes, white cakes, etc. They are firm and sturdy.

I have cut and covered my own rounds for years. This time I bought them and will do so in the future. They were very sturdy and stood up to the cheesecakes being transported as well as being cut on. I still have more and will continue to use them. I did bake the cheesecakes on parchment, froze them and moved the frozen cheesecakes onto these rounds, which made it really easy.

It’s very easy to mistake the bottom (not grease proof side) for the top! Double check before you use them that your placing your cake on the glossy white side of the board and not the matte white side as that side is definitely not grease proof. Made the mistake myself the first time I used one! A bit thin but that’s to be expected for the price. Might have to double up the boards for larger/taller cakes other than that pretty happy!
